Intake
Submit your applicant details, passport, visa type, destination, and preferred dates — through the dashboard, a CSV upload, or our API.
We never ask for your portal password in chat. You enter it once during setup and it's encrypted before we store it. From then on, Opaige logs into the portal on your behalf using your own real email.
Queue + warm-up
Your booking joins the queue and gets assigned to one of our automated workers, which connects through dedicated, origin-appropriate access infrastructure so bookings run reliably on your behalf.
Visa portals often refuse traffic from data-center servers. Opaige connects through authorized, origin-appropriate access so bookings run reliably on the applicant's own behalf.
Portal login
We log into the portal with your stored credentials and complete any verification steps as part of the normal login. Your session stays active across retries, so we don't need to log in over and over.
Some portals add extra verification steps (such as Cloudflare Turnstile). Our system is built to handle these verification steps reliably as part of the normal booking flow.
Watching for a slot
We watch the portal for your visa center and appointment type. The moment a slot opens in your date window, we reserve it — usually within 60–120 seconds, faster than anyone refreshing by hand could click through.
How often slots get released varies by portal — some drop on the hour, others trickle out unpredictably. We learn each portal's pattern over time so we're checking at the right moments. If nothing opens in your date window, we keep watching rather than wasting your booking attempt.
Verification code + confirm
Most portals send a one-time code to your real email or phone. We show it to you instantly on your dashboard — you type it in, and we finish the booking, saving a screenshot and PDF of the confirmation.
The code goes straight to you. The portal sends it to your real email or phone, never to an inbox we control. Nothing gets booked until you (or your system, for agencies) confirm the code.
Proof + refund
Your booking reference, confirmation PDF, and screenshots are saved and downloadable from your dashboard.
If we couldn't book a slot in your date window, you'll see exactly why — no slots appeared, the portal was closed, etc. Individuals are refunded automatically; agencies are never charged for failed attempts either. No quiet losses.

If something unexpected happens — the portal changes, a tricky CAPTCHA, an unclear error — a trained team member steps in immediately, usually in under 30 seconds, with full visibility into what was happening.
Identity stays yours
Your real email, your real phone. We only use your credentials to log into the portal — we never pretend to be you elsewhere, and we never run your email or messages on your behalf.
No slot, no charge
Didn't get a slot? You get your money back automatically. Individuals are refunded, and agencies are never charged for failed attempts.
